The database provides information on all approved clinical trials which may commence and be conducted in the Czech Republic.
The information published concerns clinical trials approved by SÚKL after December 31 2007, following the coming into force of the new Act on Pharmaceuticals (No 378/2007 Coll.).
The database does not contain clinical trials where an active substance is administered to man for the first time and bioequivalence studies (Act No 378/2007 Coll., Section 99, paragraph 1, letter f)).
The database will be updated on a daily basis. As of the go-live date, data on clinical trials approved by SÚKL from January to May 2008 are available; data for June and July will be added as soon as possible.
