16. Is it possible to grant an exemption on the ground of the medicinal products being subject to another administrative procedure (price determination)?

The reasons for which SÚKL may decide upon the marketing authorisation not ceasing to be valid are defined by the Act on Pharmaceuticals and they are mentioned above. It will always depend on specific circumstances.
