Only such representative of the company who is authorised to act on behalf of the company in marketing authorisation issues (authorisation to act on behalf of the company in price and reimbursement matters is not sufficient) may act as the representative when applying for an exemption from marketing authorisation expiry pursuant to Section 34, paragraph 3 of the Act on Pharmaceuticals. The company may authorise only a single person to act as its representative for marketing authorisation issues.
