29. A change in e.g. the name of a medicinal product has occurred. Will the period in respect of sunset clause be calculated only after the change?

No. Variations to marketing authorisation shall not affect the application of sunset clause, as sunset clause is linked to marketing authorisation, not to decisions on variations to marketing authorisation.
