30. If a transfer of the marketing authorisation holder has occurred, who should apply for the exemption – the old MA holder or the new one?

The application for exemption from sunset clause shall be submitted by the new (current) MA holder who undertakes all rights and obligations of the original MA holder (Section 36, paragraph 4 of the Act on Pharmaceuticals).
