The guideline DIS-13, version 4, sets up the supply reporting system as follows: the reports are sent for each distribution site (warehouse) of a single distribution entity separately. For this reason access data have been sent, in addition to the individual warehouses of the distributor, also to the distributor’s registered office, to which the distribution authorisation pertains. If no distribution activities are carried out in the registered office of the company, only the Declaration of non-conduct of distribution as referred to in Article 1.3. of the guideline shall be sent.
