Below are the lists of medicinal products whose marketing authorisations have ceased to be valid due to application of Section 34 paragraph 3 of Act No. 378/2007 Coll., on Pharmaceuticals, as amended (the sunset clause). The person who held the marketing authorisation is obliged to withdraw these medicinal products from circulation without delay
