Published prices in the List of Reimbursed Medicinal Products are from January 1st 2009 on, temporarily decreased for 7% by law (Temporary Articles of the Act No 362/2009 Coll.) till December 31st 2009 or the date when the reimbursement revision of the product comes into force. Similarly, reimbursement levels are also decreased by 7% by law till December 31st 2009 or the date when decision on reimbursement of the product following new regulation (applicable since Jan 1st 2008) comes into effect. These cases of temporary price or reimbursement decrease can be identified by symbol "Z" in LEG_CV for price and LEG_UHR for reimbursement respectively.
