| Indication restriction of reimbursement ? | Takrolimus v koncentraci 0,1% je hrazen k léčbě atopické dermatitidy (AD) u dospělých od 16 let věku včetně, kteří trpí středně těžkou až těžkou AD tehdy, když v léčbě nesmí nebo by neměly být používány lokální kortikosteroidy (ať už pro plochu nevhodnou k aplikaci kortikosteroidů jako je obličej a šíje, pro nesnášenlivost kortikoterapie nebo pro její neúčinnost). Krátkodobá léčba se ukončí, pokud léze vymizí zcela, téměř nebo přetrvávají pouze v mírné podobě. K udržovací léčbě je takrolimus hrazen u pacientů s vysokou frekvencí exacerbací (tj. 4x ročně nebo více), kteří reagovali nejpozději do 6 týdnů na léčbu takrolimem v masti 2x denně (léze vymizí zcela, téměř nebo přetrvávají pouze v mírné podobě). Po 12 měsících léčby lékař posoudí stav pacienta a rozhodne, zda v terapii pokračovat. |
