| Indication restriction of reimbursement ? | Přípravek je hrazen v léčbě krvácení nebo prevenci krvácení v případě chirurgického zákroku: a) u pacientů se získaným nedostatkem faktorů protrombinového komplexu, primárně způsobeným perorálními antikoagulancii, těžkým onemocněním jater (např. hepatitidou, cirhózou, toxickým poškozením jater) nebo deficitem vitaminu K (malabsorpční syndrom, léčba antibiotiky, cholestáza, dlouhodobá parenterální výživa), pokud je požadována rychlá korekce deficitu. b) u pacientů s vrozeným nedostatkem jednotlivých faktorů II, VII, IX, X nebo s vrozeným nedostatkem více těchto faktorů tehdy, když nejsou k dispozici koncentráty jednotlivých faktorů. |
