| Indication restriction of reimbursement ? | Fixní kombinace inzulin glargin/lixisenatid je hrazena u diabetiků 2. typu se zachovalou sekrecí inzulinu, u nichž použití kombinace alespoň jednoho perorálního antidiabetika s bazálním analogem inzulinu (inzulin detemir nebo inzulin glargin) v denní dávce alespoň 20 U po dobu alespoň 3 měsíců společně s režimovými opatřeními nevedlo k uspokojivé kompenzaci diabetu definované hladinou HbA1c nižší než 60 mmol/mol. Nedojde-li k prokazatelnému zlepšení kompenzace diabetu 2. typu o 10 % či vyššímu poklesu hladiny HbA1c bez současného vzestupu tělesné hmotnosti při kontrole po 6 měsících léčby, fixní kombinace inzulin glargin/lixisenatid není dále hrazena. |
