| Indication restriction of reimbursement ? | Lenalidomid je hrazen v kombinaci nejméně s dexamethasonem k léčbě pacientů s mnohočetným myelomem, kteří již prodělali nejméně jednu předchozí léčbu a kteří již podstoupili transplantaci kostní dřeně nebo jsou pro transplantaci kostní dřeně nevhodní. Léčba lenalidomidem se ukončí v případě progrese onemocnění dle platných kritérií EBMT (Evropské skupiny pro transplantaci krve a kostní dřeně) / IMWG (Mezinárodní pracovní skupiny pro myelom) nebo v případě nepřijatelné toxicity. |
