| Indication restriction of reimbursement ? | Filgrastim je hrazen v indikaci zkrácení doby trvání neutropenie a snížení výskytu febrilní neutropenie u pacientů léčených zavedenou cytotoxickou chemoterapií pro maligní nádorové onemocnění (s výjimkou chronické myeloidní leukémie) a ke zkrácení období neutropenie u pacientů léčených myeloablativní terapií následovanou transplantací kostní dřeně, kteří jsou považováni za zvýšeně ohrožené těžkou prolongovanou neutropenií: a) u přípravných režimů pro sběr kmenových buněk z periferní krve před plánovanou transplantací b) v léčbě febrilní neutropenie či jiných závažných infekčních komplikací neutropenických pacientů c) při eliminaci neutropenie během chemoterapie s cílem dodržení termínů a dávek chemoterapie pro nádory s vysokým rizikem d) u cyklické neutropenie a těžké chronické neutropenie u dětí a dospělých, není-li možno postupovat jiným způsobem e) u nezralých novorozenců s počtem granulocytů pod 0,5x10 na devátou/l nebo počet leukocytů pod 1x10 na devátou/l. |

Unless it is advisable to transfer the prescription of the product to another doctor under paragraph 2 in light of the effect and safety of the product, the "E" symbol will mark the product in the decision. The decision shall allocate the "A" symbol to products administered, in light of its nature, by a doctor in outpatient care. This product shall be charged to the health insurer along with the relevant intervention as a separately charged product. If advisable given the effect and safety of the product or if in the public interest, reporting of "A" products shall be restricted to doctors with specialist capacity, with the specialist field stated in the decision. |
